Pure Effect carries a full line of exceptional quality vessels for both liquid and vapor phase remediation. We fully support all of our vessels on all of our client's projects, from beginning to end: engineering consultation and vessel selection, determining activated carbon or the appropriate media usage, determining media type, replacing media (on-site or off) and vacuuming vessel, exchanging filters, recycling spent activated carbon/media, removing the vessel.

Liquid Phase Vessels

Our liquid phase vessels have been designed and built to meet or exceed the highest possible standards. We utilize state of the art internal linings to assure corrosion free conditions. Because of our large selection, we can provide the right vessels for any project and any operating condition requirement:

We can supply liquid phase vessels for jobs of all sizes, with flow ranges up to 550 gpm per unit and carbon capacities up to 20,000 lbs. We also provide ASME Code vessels for projects requiring this engineering standard.

Vapor Phase Vessels

Our vapor phase vessels have been designed and built to meet or exceed the highest possible standards in both manufacture and materials. Each one is designed to maximize the bedded carbon and to ensure the lowest possible pressure drop (to minimize back pressure on upstream equipment). To ensure longevity, each vessel has interior and exterior linings that have corrosion and chemical resistant coatings.
