Specialty Impregnated Carbon

Pure Effect carries a full line of specialty impregnated carbon media for use in instances where standard activated carbon filters are ineffective. For example, specialty media is used to control hydrogen sulfide gas in sewer gases and remove arsenic from water.

Our Carbon Panel uses include odor control/elimination, toxic gas control, corrosion control, exotic vapor control, and the control of various air-borne contaminants generated from many industrial and manufacturing processes.

Specialty Media for Challenging Treatment Projects

Pure Effect offers specialty media for odor control where other media does not perform, including air phase iron-based H2S high concentration projects [landfills, landfill gas to micro turbine power generators Siloxane removal, odor control in waste water, and highly impacted groundwater removal of 1,4-Dioxane and 2,3,7,8-TCDD [Dioxin] use where standard activated carbon filters are ineffective.
